The Premise

Between Worlds

Every ring bears seals from a different era. Removing one unleashes abilities — and consequences — that reshape reality.

The Wanderer

Kiro is an ancient nekomata — a two-tailed demon cat — who walks the hidden boundaries between the human world and the Spirit Realm. For centuries he has wandered between shrines and graveyards, unseen by most, known to few.

His two tails are lined from base to tip with enchanted rings, each forged in a different era to imprison a supernatural force. The rings glow brighter as Kiro channels power, and the seals upon them tell the story of every danger he has contained.

But when a mysterious enemy begins stealing the rings, the barrier between worlds starts to fracture — and Kiro must choose between the safety of secrecy and the cost of power.

The World

Gothic Forests & Spirit Realms

Kiro's world is built from deep blacks, violet and blue magical highlights, and the cold glow of spirit fire. Gothic forests give way to ruined shrines. Moonlit graveyards echo with the footsteps of the unseen. Mist-covered mountain paths lead to thresholds between realms.

His tail rings glow brighter as he channels power. Spirit flames and arcane glyphs remain consistent across every panel — a visual language that binds the story together.
